Saddle Enterprise is the white-glove service from MGV Studios LLC, the company that makes Saddle.
The software is the easy part.
We make Saddle, a platform that builds and hosts web apps that work well on a phone: sign-in, saved data and hosting included. Building it taught us that making software is now the quick part. What businesses actually struggle with is everything around it: deciding what to build, fitting it to how the work is really done, moving off the old system without losing anything, and keeping it right as the business changes.
Most of that work happens after launch, which is exactly when most agencies leave. So we built a service around the part they skip. We build, and then we stay.
Who you work with.
The person who builds it answers. Each client has a named lead who does the work, runs the check-ins and knows the system. There is no account manager in between.
A small number of clients at a time. Support only means something if there is time to give it, so we limit how many businesses we take on.
Our own platform underneath. Most of what we build runs on Saddle, which we make and host. That is why a change you ask for at a check-in can usually be live the same month.
AI where it earns its place. We use AI heavily in how we build, and we put it into your processes only where it saves real time. A person still makes every decision that matters.
